The people of Oregon deserve good jobs. For too long, our politicians have punished employees and employers through ever increasing taxes, regulations, and fees. This has pushed companies away and limited the job opportunities for Oregonians, especially in small towns and rural communities. It's time to make Oregon a place where working families and businesses will thrive.

Taxes are crippling opportunity in Oregon. As the cost of living continues to rise, your tax burden shouldn’t. This is driving out seniors and recent graduates alike, crushes business and limits opportunity for all. As Governor, Ed will ensure you keep more money in your pocket.

Policies have consequences. It is as simple as that. Our district has been rocked by out-of-control wildfires, a result of ridiculous and unworkable forest policy handed down by liberal activists.

Calls to defund the police have led to anarchy and increased crime rates throughout the country. Liberal policies of appeasement just don’t work. I’m not afraid to stand up for our first responders who are on the front lines against criminals and anarchists.

Small businesses are the life blood of our economy. When COVID-19 hit, the government leveled policies that hurt our neighborhood stores and restaurants while helping the big chain stores. They forced devastating lockdowns that did nothing to protect our health. I’m going to fight onerous regulations and taxes that stymie growth and hamstring small business owners.

The rapidly rising costs of housing, childcare, healthcare, and everyday necessities are forcing our youth, families and seniors to make impossible tradeoffs or leave Oregon altogether. We are losing our teachers, nurses, tradespeople, small business owners, and family members. As Governor, Ed will prioritize common sense solutions to allow all Oregonians, from Seniors to students, to thrive.
